Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 March 2026

1. Overview

Grappler's Roadmap ("we", "us", "our") provides personalised grappling analysis and coaching services operated by Ollie Webb. By purchasing any service tier or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We offer three service tiers:

  • Technical Breakdown — A one-time video analysis with 3–5 actionable improvement points.
  • Grappler's Roadmap — A comprehensive analysis including priority focus areas, instructional prescriptions, and an 8-week implementation plan.
  • Performance Accelerator — Everything in the Grappler's Roadmap plus 8 weeks of weekly in-person 1-to-1 coaching sessions.

All tiers are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If your delivered breakdown does not contain at least 3 actionable improvements applicable to your game, you are entitled to a full refund. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your completed breakdown.
  • You must have submitted valid footage that meets our submission guidelines (minimum 2 rounds of rolling or competition footage where the action is reasonably visible).
  • The refund applies to the analysis/breakdown deliverable. For the Performance Accelerator tier, the refund covers the breakdown portion only; completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not available if you have already implemented recommendations from the breakdown in your training.
  • You must provide a brief written explanation of why the delivered improvements are not actionable or applicable to your game.
  • We reserve the right to offer a revised breakdown before issuing a refund.
  • Each customer is entitled to one refund claim. Repeat purchases followed by refund requests may be declined.

To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed in our footer within the 14-day window. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 10 business days.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the amount corresponding to your selected tier. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.

5. Footage Submission

You are responsible for submitting footage that is reasonably clear and shows grappling exchanges. We are not liable for delays or reduced analysis quality caused by footage that is too dark, shaky, or does not show relevant grappling.

Submitted footage is used solely for the purpose of producing your analysis. We will not share, publish, or distribute your footage without your explicit written consent.

6. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver completed breakdowns within 5 business days of receiving your footage. Performance Accelerator coaching sessions are scheduled within 1 week of purchase. These are estimates, not guarantees — we will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All analysis content, written materials, and video breakdowns delivered to you are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the deliverables without our written permission.

8. Assumption of Risk

Grappling is a contact sport with inherent risks of injury. Our analysis and coaching recommendations are educational in nature. You assume all risk associated with implementing any techniques or training plans in your own practice. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during training.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service tier.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
