• Payment information — Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.
• Footage — Video files you upload for analysis.
• Intake information — Training background, goals, and preferences you provide during onboarding.
• Usage data — Anonymous analytics data including pages visited and general interaction patterns, collected to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your personalised video analysis and coaching plan.
• To process payments and send order confirmations.
• To communicate with you about your order, schedule coaching sessions, and provide support.
• To improve our service based on anonymised usage patterns.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Your Footage

Your uploaded footage is stored securely and used exclusively for producing your analysis. We will not share, publish, or use your footage for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit written consent. You may request deletion of your footage at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — Website hosting and infrastructure.
• NextAuth / Auth.js — Authentication services.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We use anonymous analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and deliverables for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with ongoing access to your analysis. Uploaded footage is retained for up to 90 days after your breakdown is delivered, then automatically deleted unless you request earlier removal.

8. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Request a portable copy of your data.
